Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! I love bringing your ideas to life. Whether you’re looking for a name, favorite quote, or a unique design for a special event, you can request a custom tumbler here. Custom orders typically take a little longer to process and are final sale.
Can I order in bulk for gifts or events?
Absolutely! Bulk custom orders are available and perfect for party favors, team gifts, or small business branding. Just send me a message through the Custom Orders page to get started.
Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
All tumblers are made to order and usually ship within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $60 — no code needed.
Where do you ship?
Currently, I ship across the U.S. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, send me a message and I’ll see what I can do!
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes — I accept returns on non-custom tumblers within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To start a return, just contact me.
Can I return or exchange a custom tumbler?
Custom tumblers are final sale since they’re made just for you. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and I’ll do my best to make it right!
Product Care
Are your tumblers dishwasher safe?
To keep your design looking its best, I recommend hand washing only and avoiding dishwashers or microwaves. Treat your tumbler with love and it’ll stay beautiful for the long haul.
What size are your tumblers?
All tumblers are 20 oz glass can style and come with a bamboo lid and reusable straw. You can choose between frosted or transparent glass at checkout.
